Central Monitoring Station

All SSMi clients with Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems can be monitored by the Central Monitoring Station, one of the most important elements of any effective security alarm system. The CMS can monitor security systems installed in homes and businesses 24hours a day, 7 days a week; and can receive alarm or trouble signals within seconds after a sensor is set off at a secured area.

This 24-hour state of the art technology wonder facility is manned by highly trained SIA certified alarm operators who will verify alarms and dispatch the police/fire authorities quickly when there are indicators of a possible emergency. The dispatch operators will contact the client with the status of the alarm system and their establishment when the emergency has been taken cared of.
